Living outside of Canada, I needed a realtor who could act as my “boots on the ground” and Marian did a phenomenal job. Marian created a gameplan that was easy to follow and highlighted my home through great photos and arranging furniture. In a struggling market, she created a buzz, maximizing the value. In a short period of time the house was sold and then Marian really stepped up. Post conditions and prior to closing, a waterline burst on the fridge, flooding the kitchen and into the basement below.
